 Xact Solution have recently been involved with the British Home office leading a team of senior business analysts on the design and implementation of business and ITC systems to support the objectives set out in its business plan.  Some of the live projects include e-learning, e-workforce planning, customer e-application processing, the Points Based program and the Intelligence Transformation Programme for the UK Border Agency.

Our clients have also included, The British Inland Revenue where we programme managed the many streams of work required to implement a web based application allowing corporate organisations to negotiate and pay their corporate taxes (liabilities and payment) online including supporting the PAYE (Pay AS You Earn) programme of work which focused on enabling British Citizens to conduct their TAX Assessment online.

Within the National Health Service (UK) we developed the implementation Plan for the Electronic Patient Record System / Integrate Client Patient Record (EPR or ICPR) Project, providing the technology for all UK Registered Citizens to have access to their medical records in any locality within the UK. The EPR system provided a method of sharing information amongst the medical profession as well as enabling the Health Service to efficiently plan its resources.

At Unilever Plc, we have designed and developed an application to enable the creation and delivery of on-line training across their global organisation.

Xact Solution have built on the media backgrounds of some of its consultants by working with Nigerian broadcasting organisations such as FRCN (Radio Nigeria) and the Nigeria Television Authority  (NTA). At NTA, Xact Solution Limited have had the privilege of delivering their online Content Management Solution (CMS) that has allowed programming information on their premier AM Express morning broadcast to be updated unto their website in real time (www.nta-amexpress.com) .  The site has had over 4.5 million hits since its launch on the 15th of November 2005.  We have also developed the NTA News website to complement the effort of NTA’s broadcast to the Americas (www.ntanewsonline.com).
